so Texas is going to start cracking down on drivers who block the left lane… drivers who impede the flow of traffic will receive up to a $200 ticket…this includes if you take longer than 1 mile to pass someone…supposed to help with road rage…

They dont pull people over for running lights or 15 miles over any more. DPS is a joke. They’ll make all sorts of laws but they’re useless if they are not enforced. Im one of those morons that drive the speed limit and stops for yellow lights. I drive an hour each way to work on a rural highway. State troopers all over just sitting in the AC not pulling anyone over. I think they hide. Only time I see folks pulled over is on the interstate.
