Chemdawg Skywalker and Black Widow strains Organic

The leaves are getting huge. The Black Widow trunk is growing thicker then most I’ve seen. More pictures coming when they get bigger.

I am building a new light for this set up with @dbrn32 help. I must say for someone to be so unselfish and share his knowledge with others in this group/forum is invaluable. He has a blog on building great quantum board LED 's that makes things easy to understand.

Roots Organic Green Fields
7 gallon fabric pots
Sky Walker
Black Widow
Chem Dawg
IGLM Strains
humidity between 40-60
temp 68-75
One of the plants or all are already stinking up the tent with that beautiful smell.
only been calmagging and first feed was sunday 1/2 dose.
I like Roots Organics so far.
It is unbelievable how fast they are growing, it is almost like hydro from what I read is hydro you have faster growing. Roots Organics GF potting soil has the chit.
Going to start tying down branches soon.
BW is humungus. Going to have to do some super cropping on her.
SW and CD are doing fine, going to scrog them maybe with no super cropping because they aren’t acting like they are on steroids like BW is.

Ok, the BW was unsuccessfully FIMMED. Not even topped, so I did it again and have to wait and see if I was able to hit it. CD got topped, and SW was a successful FIM.

If I was growing this BW outside it would be a monster.

yep @dbrn32 is awesome. when I joined this forum I had some amazon blurples in my cart and was very close to buying them, but luckily I started reading these forums and kept seeing people talk about how satisfied they were with the quantum boards that they learned about from dbrn32 so I began to look into them and ended up purchasing 2 kits of the HLG 260’s for my 4x4 tent and couldn’t be happier. I’m so glad I didn’t waste $400 on blurple leds like most people unfortunately do before learning about these boards.

Bud sites, tops, branches and leaves, oh my. I have some pics of the girls being roughed up some, not much, very gentle. I am thinking of using a net as a tool to help me develop more bud sites on them.

No not at all, the aluminum cost me 30 dollars, and the extruded heat sinks cost 40 dollars, the tape I think was 20, and the strips were 30 ea. 60 for the driver.
Around $320 bucks give or take a few. Still cheaper than buying and HLG LED with maybe better results. It was cool making your own light also. :sunglasses::sunglasses:
