My light timer is set at 18/6.When I switch to 12/12 to start flowering do I make the change in one day? Or do I change the timer 1 hour at a time. Sorry if this is already in another forum. Thanks

no worries fella 
My first grow I switched over in one day. This current grow in reduced the time by an hour each day. To be honest I didn’t really notice any difference.
