Just wait until you find your final place to park and are settled, and only then spark your bong, and you all will be fine.
If however you find yourself having to drive into town then I have one suggestion for you all. Drive like a cabbie snorting meth and you will be there in a jiffy.
@kabongster
I have MY details straight. Walk three blocks to the Blue Line. Transfer to the Green Line and I’m there. (Rubbing it in I am)The Convention Center is one of the actual Green Line trolley stops. Or I might just ride the motorcycle in. 15 minutes for me that way.
Ahhhh, gotcha. I can’t say only because I’m unfamiliar with the Green Line West of Fenway. If I go into those neighborhoods the police quickly escort me to the town line.
@kabongster, if coming from CT > 84 to Mass pike east, to 128 south, exit less than a half mile on 21-21B Grove St, exit for Grove St splits right, then merges left onto Grove, Riverside T 1/10 up on left. This is the MBTA Green Line D.
OR you can park in one of the Intown parking garages and spend about 1/3-1/2 ($25-$40)of what a new 300 watt LED light would cost you. @Sl1 knows the score.
Boylston and Newbury streets should be no charge. Also the financial district and Government Center streets are also free where there are meters. Part of Beacon Street that goes from the State House down just past CHEERS is free as well as Charles Street on Beacon Hill.
All of Cambridge Street from Mass General Hospital up to Government Center are also metered and free. Any residential streets that have signs that say visitor parking Monday through Friday you can park between those signs.
