So. My plant is chucking along at day 56. And Day 9 of flower. Noticed something weird…
This is the most recent branch I topped. The tops are only about an inch long lol and it’s shooting out pistols.
But then on my older branch’s that are longer, I think they’re shooting out pollen sacks I only say that because if I remember correctly, pollen sacks look like little watermelons with the stripes going through them. Like a seed. And pistols are well…pistols lol. Correct me if I’m wrong but please take a look lol
@psychEDM was wondering what the outcome to this was ?? is it new growth or have they hermied on you any updates you have would be good and if they do go he-she on you what do you think caused this to happen what kind of stress the plant went through maybe, is they light leaking anywhere into grow room, hopefully everything is fine and your o the way to a supper crop
@g-reg so in the end it was hermied. I’m in central US and we just finally getting out of winter but it is very bipolar weather. 70 one day. 40 the next. So it’s been a bit of a struggle to keep it warm at night in my closet. It gets down to 55°F-59°F at night. So I’m THINKING that may have been enough stress right there. My other thought, was that it was a bag seed, it could of came from a hermied plant and carried its genetics. But as for ME personally stressing it out, I don’t think I did. I did everything according to plan. But things like this happen. Lol I’ve got a Platinum Huckleberry Cookies germinating now. It took a week in a paper towel to even crack, no tail would show so I just through it in dirt, and it took a week for it to actually pop it’s head out. It’s still only a very tiny little cotyledon folded sticking out of the dirt. Lol so I’m not sure what’s going on. All I know is I’ve read growth is slowed in colder climates. So. First time growing in the winter, just my luck.
Ok thanks yeah the cold can slow them down in growth just stick with it maybe a oil filled radiator or something like this on a timer what can come on if things get a little nippy
