So basically i have to go somewhere in 2 weeks but my plant is still growing. Its on week 11 and is mostly done. It most likely be done in two to three more weeks. If i harvest now and do the drying process would i still have atlest mid bud.

@WeedGuru I’d hold off as long as you can with the chop before your trip. Those trichs looked pretty clear still. What do they look like with a loop?

@WeedGuru ok. I normally put mine on top of the bud practically lol but I’m blind. Can you wait to chop until your about to leave? The dry doesn’t really require much from you once it’s hanging in the right environmental conditions.

@WeedGuru so the rule is kinda like this-clear trichs are a speedy anxious buzz, typically not very desirable. Cloudy is euphoric and a lot of people target that for a day smoke. Cloudy with a range of 10-30% amber is more narcoticy, the more the amber the heavier the couch lock is. Google a trich ripeness chart and it’ll help you pick your spot.
How long do u think i can hold it off. To atleast get sum cloudy trichomes
@WeedGuru could you take it with you in a sealed container and then dry it at wherever your destination is for the next few months? Like chop it on the last day and dry it wherever your headed?
I dont have a sealed container. Atleast that can fit the plant

Yea. Imma be staying with my family for a while.
Then you really have no choice unless you have access to them. If you’re leaving in 2 weeks, you’re going to want to chop in 1 week so you can dry and bag them up.

It affects everyone differently, but for me with all the clear, it would be a racy, anxious high.
