Can I crop in early flowering? My autos are too tall!

My plants are too tall. Can I crop the tops in early flowering stage?
Thanks!

@chris998760 You can but You may have to provide a bit of support tho , just to hold them up for a few days till they strengthen back up.
Maybe a bit of support later in flower too.
You’d probably be better off with a bend more so than a full crop where they’re auto’s.

I ordered some bend clips. But figured in the meantime I’d do this? :joy::sweat_smile::rofl:

Give em a couple days and they’ll be pulling at the tie downs. Lol.
Should work just fine. :+1:

I see you use the rubber ties. Awesome stuff. This is what I do  Just a clip on the pot, and tie to the branch, adjust when necessary. :v:

With this particular plant? Nothing stops it. Took 2 hours for it to turn.

I did that to one of the branches actually! Just like that almost except put the garden wire through the handle of pot on the side.
Do you tie them down and then untie after they have turned the way you want?

I keep sliding the tie till I get it where I want it. (Unless I scrog). I usually leave them till harvest.
