Can anyone identify what is going on

This is a Girl Scout Cookie Extreme plant and it’s in an auto pot. The plant substrate is 50% coco coir, 25% worm castings and 25% perlite. I could use some help in identifying what is going on.
I have another plant (Apple Fritter) in the same tent and it’s looking good. Both plants sprouted 12/31/25.
This is the first time I have grown Girl Scout Cookie Extreme, I have grown Apple Fritter a few times

It’s a little early for fade. What is your runoff pH and PPM?

He’s in Autopots.

They both are in the same auto pot system. The spill ph is 6.3 to 6.5

How do you have spill or runoff in Autopots?

Plants yellowing from bottom up is often a watering issue. When the issue is overwatering what this really means is lack of oxygen to root zone. You typically wouldn’t see this with autpots so has me wondering. Is tray overfilling or are you also top watering? If no, how long is your res lasting and are you using anything like an airstone or wave maker in it? Maybe you have some root rot?

If nothing like that is happening what are you mixing in your res and what is ph? Could just be bad ph or lack of nitrogen.

The trays are not overflowing and I am not top filling. I use an under water pump to keep the water in the reservoir continuously circulating. I add the nutrients in the reservoir. I put 1 tablespoon of New Earths root builder and 2 tablespoons of New Earths Custom Bloom and 1 tablespoon of New Earths Cal Mag and 1 tablespoon of Fowfarms Bembe to 3 gallons of water that has set out for 72 hours.
Soil PH is 6.3-6.5
I have been using this mixture for a year now with no issues until now.

Is then any off odour or discolouration to the coco?

Perhaps some kind of pathogen may have infected that pot. You could try and remedy it by adding a low dosage of 3% Hydrogen Peroxide diluted with water to that pot.

I will check! The water in a black tray I will check but the water could be discolored because of the nutrients I put in the reservoir

I usually have to add 3 gallons of the water mix every 3-5 days

Discolouration on the surface or under of the coco, like white webbing or such, not the nutrients, though you should be able to see or smell anything by comparing it to your health plant.

The pics show water is clear in bottom of tray in both the plants. Also there are no oders
The shot glass on the left is from the yellowing leaf plant. The one on the right is from the healthy plant in the same system.

Guessing it must be something else by your own observations was just the only thing I could think of all things being equal.

I would trim off all the effected leaves as they are as good as dead and maybe spreading something, then see how it grows.

One thing to consider is your PH, 6.3-6.5 is too high in coco, should hold to 5.9-6.1. Autopots also recommends starting res ph at 5.5-5.6 to compensate for the ph rise from sitting in the lines.

No, there is no run off in auto pot systems. Water is fed from bottom up.

That’s why I was asking, what are you calling spill?

Maybe I am not understanding but I don’t have any spill.

This was my thought too but hes using a mix of coco and soil. Im clueless about what the ramifications are to pH in a mix?
