I may wait until my next grow to start all this torture or scroggin stuff. I feel like I’m so deep into this grow to be trying out new tricks.

Quick Friday night photo drop/update.

My plan was to flip in 2 weeks but due to the plant size, I am leaning towards trimming and flipping on Sunday.

No white pistils or anything but the plant is getting big enough for me and I know she will get even taller and bigger once her buds come in.

Anyone think this is a bad idea?

My girl has been thinned out and lights flipped to 12/12 - (8 am ON/8 pm OFF)

Filled up the tank with water and some Bloom nutes (not full strength).

I was trying to lollipop trim it, did a good job of clearing out the inside middle of the plant but like you said…still plenty of leaves in there.

Snuck out after work last night to get a couple little photos. It’s been almost a week since she was trimmed and lights were flipped.

If you look really close on the last pic you can see she may be trying to flower.

I will definitely need to get back in there and trim again as she just continues to be a bushy girl.

I have 1 more day of work and then I’m off after 10 straight 12 hour days

Excited to give my girl some love. I went to give her tank some water and she got even bigger. All her bud sites are pointing up but I will definitely need to thin her out this week.

Finally got a chance to get out and trim some excess leaves.

Maybe someone can help me…should I be removing these? They are close to the top of each bud site but not the main bud.

I’d leave them. They are not like ‘sucker branches’ that tomatoes grow LOL. You can trim them later if they are in the way of big bud sites. Worse thing is that you may get some decent nugs from them.
