There shouldn’t be enough rfi coming from two drivers like that to cause an issue big enough for someone to call for complaint. Which would be the reason a cable guy would be there checking. I mean, the standard finished basement in my neighborhood runs at least that much in fluorescent lighting.
That being said, you can never underestimate the unlikely. I would hate to see anyone go down on something like that.
