Somehow I was 14 days behind on your journal. I’m believer in heavy defol also, just scrolling through your journal right before defol and seeing the recovery from day one to present ,shows with proper lighting and environment this method works well.

You can reuse your coco, check out cannazym or sensizym
These products will help break down the roots and work as nutrients for the next plants veg cycle

I’ve heard of a couple people reusing the coco. I’m gonna try it out sooner or later. I am getting tired of ordering bricks all the time😂
Pretty sure as long as your planters are big enough you should be able to use this method.
5 gals+ should be plenty
