No bugs I can see, not much humidity. What’s going on???
Cut it out bag it and toss it.
Im outside grower and expext to toss out 10% of the buds due to bud rot, moisture and catapilars are my enemy.
Next season try using Plant Therapy…I sprayed once a week to battle bugs, and somendays back to back if i saw aphids or catapilars. I swear it helped this season. Had very little bug issues, but still had some expected mod or rot. I cut it out into a bag and toss it. Might have to cut-out entire branches to deal with the issue.
Good luck growing, its always the fatest buds that get this, it’s disappointing.

Thank you for the info. I’m a little more relieved that it’s a normal issue . I’ll try some sprays next season 
@Fsnj19 Those buds create their own little pockets of humidity. Bud rot is the bane of most outdoor growers.
I agree that spraying with some kind of fungicide helps greatly. I use PureCrop1 and Dr. Zymes.
