Ok so now on top of the inchworms im finding earwigs in the soil…i had to feed them today and out comes the earwigs from the soil…is this a problem

Please confirm is this the white powder that should not be on the plant…or as my toker wife is wishing that its just trichomes…lol she is just because i reaching for the pruners
