Found this on a small lower bud. Cut it off. Didnt notice any other spots. As you can this is not ready to cut. Would like to push it a couple more weeks at least. Any advice?

I’m feeling your pain, Its so Hot and Humid here my fan leaves are withering away , I try like Hell to keep them watered enough, I think you had a caterpillar 
I caught mine in time they get inside the Bud’s and hide , Now this Heat 
I can’t do anything about! I’ll be looking at planting hot climate plant’s next year all temperet zone

That sucks. Just cut a big ass bud off my indoor plant. Same issue, 10 weeks flowering today. Didnt have any problems last round.

No caterpiller that I could see. Thats normally my issue. Going to keep a close eye out for more.
Did you just cut the infected bud and let her ride it out. My first instict is to just harvest but ive had to do that so many times. She would benifit greatly to mature 2 to 3 more more weeks on the low end.

I just cut off that 1 bud. Didnt want to take any chances. I didnt see any other infected spots. I few weeks ago we lost power for a few days and humidity went straight up. Sat in the dark with no fans going for days. This is the only thing I can come up with.
My last grow was fine with more plants.

It sucks but I’m not too upset over it. Glad I caught it when I did before it spread. I got a little chunk off the top before I got to the rot. Did a little speed dry. It’s nice! Hopefully chop the rest next weekend. Still waiting on some amber.

Yup @Nip I agree… I seem to be the residential Caterpillar magnet here… 
Thats Cater damage…Any crunchy tan/brown buds get thrown away…also look closely at the surrounding buds that are still green and LOOK healthy…most of the time around the area of the Cater damage the surrounding buds from that stalk have Cater 
on t.It doesn’t wash off in bud wash…and I wouldn’t keep or smoke it…You gotta just toss it…take the loss…I know it sucks

Thats normally my problem but im not seeing the caterpiller damage. This looks like just mold. Cut off another piece this morning. Just started week six of flower. Would really like to push it two more weeks if possible. Bummed out

I’m learning a little bit about those caterpillar, There so tiny when hatched, if I wasn’t using a magnifying glass I would have never known a problem, I used BT still found a couple of big ones that had grown, they get inside the Bud’s and latch on with there little nawers and eat and fecus Humidity has created a problem for me this year, I don’t have a problem with powerdy mildew, just leaves are burning from the Sun and withering away, I’m looking for some super tough temperate strains that can take the heat and here in the South, Amnesia Haze has done the best for me so far

It could be mold , especially if you could find any I’m one to Chop and Salvage if I can’t get a grip on the problem, did it last year I’ll do it again, the Bud’s will still stone you even if there not exactly the Amber you want

Ya im watching closely. I assumed it was caterpillar but not seeing the little black dots of their droppings. I used jacks dead bug so it possible the started to eat and didnt make it. These are very small spots but luckily my eyes are trained to spot the the small yellowing leaves. I swear I can never make it to the end lol. Would lobe to do indoor at some point but I know that brings a whole other world of problems. I plan on making edibles with a good majority of what I harvest since I dont smoke much these days. So an early harvest wont be the worst thing in the world. Im going to give it this week to see if the issue progresses and make that tough decision. I appreciate this community for talking me off the ledge lol. I drive my wife crazy with all my weed growing worries.

Even with all my issues I still love it. About ready to start a Gorilla glue auto and a Bruce Banner auto next week

Do a Budwash it will help I got around a pound of Gelato and Tropicana Cookies already harvested, it’s good and doesn’t take much, I’m not going to worry because I gave 
I’ll just be planting all Temprate Zone plants next year

Just don’t feel alone, There are a whole bunch of people with issues My biggest was the Heatwave that invaded my region I had beautiful Plants before then
