Been a busy couple weeks sorry for not keeping my journal updated. I have 4 plants harvested and two left to go. The last two just aren’t cooperating and won’t mature, little rascals.
When figuring out grams per watt should I add all the weight that I harvested unneeded the light or is it weight per plant? To me it makes sense to add all the weight together.
Couple pictures of my stubborn girls plus one of the WWA harvest. They have been getting plane water for the past week or so, I can’t see them taking much more time.
Lovely! Can’t help with your question of grams per watt but am intrigued for the answer. I’m in the same boat as you, waiting for my GDP to fully ripen. Hope it’s soon good luck
@DoobieNoobie I’m on a good track then for my first grow using my HLG light.
Boy did I get lucky the day I bought this light. I saw it at a local supply house and had to have it because it was led and almost blinded me when they turned it on. If I would have been here first, I would have save a few $ building my own, like I did on my second one.
I like it! I have used it to decarb 3x now and made butter twice. I used the bags you use the pump on the outside, so I had to be careful not to get any oils in the valve opening. When I did my coconut oil, I got a little in it… caused it to smell the house up. Almost all the smell was eliminated using the sous vide. I found a blog called sous weed that was super helpful.
Wow sorry I have been absent work has been kicking my back side. I’ve got my harvest complete and I’m happy with the results. I will weigh up the totals tomorrow and wrap up my first thread.
Well…I grew 5 plants under my HLG-300, yea it was crowded, 3 were in 5-gallon pots and 2 were in 2-gallon pots. According to my watt meter the most I could pull was 286 watts, not including trim and larf I harvested 282 grams from my 5 plants. I’m sold on the HLG lights. Thank you for all your help I’m positive without your help it would have been a bust for my first time.
