I was thinking overwatering as well. Is that plant in flower already? Hard to tell in the picture.
First pot looks like it’s got two plants, it’s best to only have one plant per pot.
I see several issues that should have been brought up a long time ago.
As noted above, watering is both the hardest and simplest thing to get right.
More than one plant in a pot is a huge no-no.
That purple tint light is cool to look at but is seldom sufficient for growing pot.
That 3 in 1 soil meter is just worthless.
Sorry if that is too blunt with no real solution offered but at this point, start over is best advice I could give.
