Well, its been a few weeks now, and the buds aren’t HUGE on that plant, but I’m pretty sure it is now the strongest branch, once it heals it wont be any weaker, i think it makes em even stronger.
It wants to straighten out real bad, as you can see. I did it to two branches, I couldn’t even find the other branch yesterday, it’s straight up and down again. Except for the knot.
@Zee@Hellraiser@cannabian@Covertgrower can any of you guys tell me what this looks like to you? I can only find it on this one cola of this one plant but I suspect my first quarter strength feeding of gen hydro grow + 5ml per gallon of foxfarm cal mag may have been a bit much.
It’s only been about 4 weeks since I transplanted into the FFOF you think they got over fed a bit?
yes you transplanted into fresh ff which resets the clock for… no need for additional fertilizer until week 6 swings by again or… the plant looks hungry. Due to the deep green and slightly burnt tip, I am guessing you are a tad N rich and most likely the best course of action at this point would be to water with ph’d water for a couple turns and check the ph out if possible and maybe the EC if possible.
Because of how stubborn this plant was I went all out and almost completely evened the canopy by bending the main stems down. It’s the last high stress moves I’m gonna make for the rest of the growth cycle.
nice. I did the same thing today. I had some plants that were several inches taller than others or had branches that were uneven all across. I should have been training much sooner.
I attempted to crank the lights to harden the plants / just see what would happen and they now hit this I deathly need water point 4 days from their last drink. I may have to increase watering to once every 3 days.
Also @dbrn32 I was wondering if you could answer something for me. My mean well drivers are HOT! Like too hot to keep my hand on for more than a second. Is that normal? I really wanna crank out the light during flower but not if it’s gonna burn my house down.
That’s normal. Keep it in open air and not sitting on anything easily combustible and you’ll be fine. I have seen people put small pc or usb fan blowing over them too.
I have coolest running driver I’ve ever had in my teny right now. I bet it’s under 90f. Barely warm to touch
5 gallons, wayyy to big for trying 4 plants in a 4x4 in my opinion. The plant in that last pic in the front is in a 3 gallon. There’s a pretty noticable size difference between that one and the other 3. The whole tent would of been much more manageable if they had all been that size.
