Thanks HappyPappy,

That sounds reasonable. Is there an easy to grow Sativa strain you would suggest?
Much appreciated.

None that i actually have experience with no :disappointed:
I tend to grow more indica dominant strains.
Im inside and indicas tend to finish faster.
I look for quick flower strains so it leads me the opposite direction…

Welcome to the neighborhood. I hope you find a strain you are happy with and you avoid that nasty mold.:v:

I have bent some really Tall Sativa plant’s, They finished up fine , once she’s mature she’s pretty tough, I just took some soft cloth string and tied them down, I wouldn’t suggest doing it, I spotted a chopper hovering around , 10 ft. tall plants scared the Hell out of me :gorilla:

Sorry about late reply, apparently I have a lot of notifications that were out in limbo. Sativa is known to be more stretchy, but height can be managed to keep from getting too tall. You simply plant later and/or train plants horizontally.

@dbrn32 I had some Sativa plant’s, I knew they would get Tall but not 10 ft., They were planted early of course I was Gurellia, and my cover was disappearing, at that time there were choppers in the area, so I bent them down below the cover tied soft string to the stalk I had seen this done before, I was amazed at the results the branches with the Bud Sites actually turned upward toward the Sun and Finished with some nice Buds, just one of those things you don’t forget

I bet! This us same principle as training indoor plants, just looks so much better when done to large outdoor plants.
