You have led lights out there that are the best but they come with a massive price tag ive seen them go for 2,500 dollars for the very top of the range led grow light

That would probably depend on the space your growing in HLG’s always top of the line in my book but it would depend on the situation what you’re trying to lite

You can purchase state of the art Samsung diodes and build your own fixture for a fraction of the cost of buying one. I’ve done several strip builds and have everything but the driver for the 4th and last one for my grow space.

Depends on the size of the space. I’m partial towards Horticulture Lighting Group and ChilLED Tech. I run several HLG 300L r-specs (flower) and b-specs(veg). I also run a ChilLED Tech X3 for my 4x2.

I have a 4x4 grow tent and i was thinking about this grow light2022 New SPIDER FARMER SF-4000 LED Grow Light 5’x5’ Coverage with Samsung LM301B Diodes & MeanWell Driver Dimmable 450W Commercial Grow Lamps for Indoor Plants Full Spectrum 2.7 umol/J Amazon.com

Id start with where is your budget for a light and go from there. Some lights that are the “best” can cost up to $2500 per light

That’s not the best and way under-powered for a 4x4 tent.

This is closer to best and enough light for a 4x4.

I run 2 240watt Kingbrite LEDS with the Samsung LM301H diodes and meanwell dimmable driver

I figured most of the Samsung diodes are made in China, so why not buy straight from the supplier

How many plans, the size of your grow space, and your budget. Samsung LM301H is top one, but Samsung LM301B also performance well and cost-effective.

@Hellraiser I just got the R-spec scorpion for my 4X4. 600.00 for refurbished. I’m putting in when I finish this flower. Should be nice with 6 288s and 2 UVAs. No more dark corners and they say can run it lower to the canopy. I do not have a decent light meter so, I’ll have to go by wattage. Anyone else running this light?
