What’s up guys and girls, been busy going back to school for horticulture. Trying to get paid to do this stuff.
Here are a few pics of my current girls. All 4 are Banana Split Limiteds from Inhouse Genetics.
About 45 days into flower using the same grow methods I’ve been using powered by HLG Scorpion Rspec in a 4x4.

Are you having any luck? I would be surprised if many of the grow ops by me have many people there formally educated. Like there is maybe one or two per location, and at least some of them should probably ask for their money back. I interviewed for maintenance manager position at one and ended up getting tour of another. Neither operation was overly impressive and I got the feeling both places were employing family or friends of higher ups and people who were willing to do it for near minimum wage. Not that there is anything wrong with either, but what I had seen didn’t exactly line up with what I expected. There was a lot of weed no doubt, but also some very obvious flaws with easy solutions.
