It looks like its getting close. Can you please provide a photo of the entire plant please. 
With a quick look I say they look ready but without a closer look at the trichomes I wouldn’t cut it down. There are apps that you can download for free that will make your phone camera a magnifier they’re not that great but if you can hold it still enough you can see your trichomes
