One is short and fat with buds growing large. The other seems to not be developing anyone know whats going on? Im very new to this. The short one is 72 days old the taller one is a week behind

In general you can’t expect plants to all look the same, even if of the same strain. Plant characteristics are driven by genetics, just as people are, and individual cannabis seeds are cousins at best.
It is even more so with autos. Autos will give varied more results than photos.

Since you’re very new I would suggest researching as much as you can. If you plan to keep growing you won’t learn everything in one grow. Take what experiences you get from this grow and try to do better(not saying you did bad) Also use the search bar on the website. There is tons of info here!! You just have to be willing to sift through the threads.

Strong Ruderalis traits in the gangly one. Sorry to see that Growmie and probably will not produce any decent buds. Worth a shot to finish her out for some back up smoke when the stash runs low

This girl went full Foxtail on ya. The Ruderalis DNA 
is Large & in charge on her. On this particular girl there’s nothing you can really do. On the bright side, other than being slightly ugly I’ve had several plants Go full Ruderalis (foxtails) on me and the weed was still absolute 
Kind of a shame as this plant had some very nice side colas/branches that really could have produced some fat buds
