Autoflower yellowing leaves, grow bag and nutrients question

First off, last year when I asked a question as a new grower, everyone was amazing, everybody takes time out of their lives to help us rookies . Thank you .

Question. I grew 2 plants last year in a small spider farm 2x2 tent kit for the first time and had leave yellowing, but not as bad. I enjoyed learning and upgraded my setup. I bought the AC Infinity 4x4 tent kit, the pro controller, vispar ks5000 light bar, fox farm nutrients and installed an RO water system as I live in a small NY town with shit city water. I did 4 autoflower. 1 ak47, 2 GS Cookie, and an orange sherbet. The plants are 9 weeks old as of today. The AK47 (all plants were autoflowers) the AK47 is not in the picture as it is already finished as of a couple days ago and never had any color issues. 1 thing I noticed is it was a shorter plant, but I always boosted the plants up to keep them fairly even. The other 3 plants started getting a couple yellow flower, so I flushed them with sledgehammer. The 1 outside picture is what they looked like when I did that. When they got dry 4 /5 days later I watered them each (5 gallon bags) with 1 & 1/3 gallons of water each. R.O water was 6.2ph. I only added 1tsp of cal-mag. My cheap Chinese ppm meter broke a few weeks ago and for some reason I didn’t order another (,stupid me)

The 5 gallon bags have 1/3rd happy frog on the top and the other 2/3rds is ocean forest. I didn’t use any nutes for the first 4.5weeks and then fed them with everything on this fox farm ocean forest chart but at 25% of the value they list. I was told to use 1tsp of cal-mag per gallon every watering because I’m using RO water which I have been doing.

I spent days reading the forum and came across the leaf chart and those documents but I can’t tell.

I obviously need a new ppm meter and might as well get a new/better ph meter while I am at it. Any suggestions on decent meters? It seems Amazon has alot of the same/similar ones with different Chinese names. I don’t know how accurate those are.

Should the bags that have wet bottoms sit flat on the grow tent floor, or should something underneath the plants.

I just got in 4 ac Infinity auto waterers for my next grow.

With the Fox Farm Nutrients, I must have like a dozen different bottles. They don’t really say much about autoflowers.

Id definitely like suggestions on a good nutrient kit or company with a feeding chart with less bottles I could buy for autos? Any suggestions on a different nutrients system with less bottles? If you suggest a good bag of soil to go with it,that would be a huge bonus! Lol.

I do still have another large unopened bag of ocean forest I may just save and use outdoors next year. I have a heated garage, so I am going to grow all year, and with the humidifier, I think I can control the heat and humidity easier .

I did recently buy a bag of purple cow organics indiconja to try.

Any other suggestions on what leaf issue could be, some new good reliable meters, nutrient system for autos with under 357 bottles like Fox farms lol and a soil to go with it would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry for this being so long. I greatly appreciate you all taking the time to read this and helping me.

1 issue I know I had was heat and humidity. My tent is in my garage and even with the fans, 3 screen tube vents and the filter blowing the air outside the tent would get as hot as 87 with 80% humidity occasionally. This weather latte lasted for around 3 weeks. I have to find a way to resolve this. AC Infinity is supposed to be getting more of those new heat,ac, dehumidifier terraform systems soon which should help. The weather has since been great the past week and a half but the yellowing has gotten a lot worse since I did the sledgehammer and last watering.

I just posted a pic of my GG4 auto asking for suggestions as to why she is yellowing. I am useing the AC Infinity pots for the first time. Two out of three are doing ok, but one is yellow as all get out and I cant figure out why.

Weird. I’m using generic fabric pots. How old are your plants? What kind of nutes do you use? I’m thinking mine may be a nutrients issue, but I am not sure what. I did happyfrog which is a fox farm product on the top 1/3 and then ocean forest because that’s supposed to be hot. I make sure everything is dry before watering and never have watered more than 2x a week. I do have some heat and humidity issues but this issue didn’t start till the 6.5 / 7th week I believe with only a couple leaves here and there. Interestingly my one ak47 finished quick and had no issues. I use to water and put 1 tsp of cal mag per gallon every watering. Not sure if that’s too much (2x) a week or not enough, but besides that, I don’t think I can have a nutrient deficiency as I have a ton of bottles and use 25% of what is suggested by the company per post on other forums. I’m using the manufacturer range of height of light per flowering 19/20". I may try 2 of the same seeds in 2 different soils that are supposed to be heavy in nutrients and not give them much of anything and see if I notice any issues and then give them a little if I do. I also want to do 2 more the same way with auto water pots to see if it’s an over or under watering issue. All I can do is experiment I guess. I can control the heat and humidity better during winter, so that should help.

Hey Scott, im in coco and useing AC Infinity self watering pots for the first time. Im thinking my yellowing might be a lack of water getting to the girl. Im useing these pots to get my plants lower in my tent due to height restrictions. My previous set up was with a resivoir and pump, watering four times a day, flooding the coco…but they sat in an elevated tray to collect run off back to the resivoir and I had very little height to work with. Two of three are doing ok but that third one has been a problem from the get go. Funny tho, the yellowing plant is producing the better looking buds so far.
