Great info!! Following along and learning. I see a lot of people using Jack’s. I started using FF Trio but it was at the end of my first grow. Is Jack’s a better choice?? Going to try Ocean Forest this grow. Sorry to jump in your thread, @NERO13.
What does FIM at the 4th or 5th node mean? I’m doing my first grow EVER (Thankyou Virginia for FINALLY CHANGING THE LAWS!!! Yessss…)
Growing two bubblegum autos outdoors one is beginning week 6 and budding and one is beginning week 3 and already showing white hairs. I was doing lsd on older plant but wasn’t having any luck with the branches growing up instead the main just flipped up so I eventually untied it and it’s booming in growth now for some reason maybe I tied it wrong or shoulda kept it tied idk
I’m also growing two outdoor photos (sweet tooth) both female 
In their 6th week and surprise surprise one is covered in white haired buds already?? Can I clone from these now or is it too late? I need 2 clones from them kinda bad but having no luck yet
Also I’ve set up a 5x4x80 2 in 1 grow tent. Have a 6” hydro farm active air fan… a good humidifier. A 3000 watt sunshine farme led (dimmable) and a 1200 watt my limii smart grow light which I can monitor my RH and temp with and also program my timer for the lights.
I have 3 photos sprouted and I want to also put one auto in there… can I grow my auto in with the photos under the same light schedule as them?
Other question is the timing for taking clones. I have no room for mother plants so would like to keep my strains going through clones from my plants befor they go into flower?? Is that how that works?? I am just in need of education

I mix 50 50 fox farm ocean ×happy frog. I add course perlite . for nutes I use TPS ONE. And add TPS signal terp enhancer in flower . so simple ,organic and great yields!!!

FIM is topping your plant. It means Fuck I Missed. Not topping at spot ya wanted to but that’s a good thing !!! Can cause 4 tops instead of 2!! These girls are 3 weeks old today just got FIM. JUST PINCH TOP OFF. GOOD LUCK!!!

@Str86ed you can clone if they are photos. You can’t clone autos. If you do, I would do it soon before they harden off to much and try and take from the lowest point you can.

@Not2SureYet , a tidbit you mentioned earlier sparks a question. So autos veg longer in coco?
I’d never heard that but can see how it’d be beneficial.

Every one I have seen have. Most I see done in soil go about 3 - 4 week before they flower. In coco. Normal is 6 - 7 weeks. A longer veg means a bigger plant and bigger yield

I have grown hydro coco and dirt even DWC.as for veg times (MY EXPERIENCE) its the plant . I have grown side by side coco and dirt (FF/OCEAN) same autos same nutes and all flowered different times?? 10 dirt 10 coco . all finished different times under same conditions I would say experiment knowledge is powerful!! I prefer dirt fox farm mix ocean & happy w/ per lite added. TPS ONE nutrients add TPS signal in week6. Great yields and simple!! Everyone has a way they like to grow find yours!!! THIS IS WHAT I FOUND WORKS BEST FOR ME OVER MANY YEARS OF TRYING DIFFERENT THINGS.

@Smalls hit the nail non the head there. What works for one doesn’t always work for another. Stuff like lights, temp, humidity, what soil or nutrients you use all play a part. I still stand by I have yet to see an auto veg close to coco in soil though. For the same time. I am sure there are some out there. But just not that I have come across personally 
I have never grown in soil either. I started in coco so that is all I have personal experience with.

If i fim-ed on week 4 at the 4th node, do or can I fim again at node 3 on the two main stems that grew out of the top ? or do you leave it alone and force into flower at week 7/8 . it is in week 5 now and 20 inches tall dont think its a auto, was a random seed.
