Add it now. Its all good. I would actually have minimum 150 watts per plant.

If you do start with a very small dosage.

Quick question so I just gave them water the pots were very dry and light weight so I added just water and i think they are drooping did I overwater? Or am I seeing things?

The ole Indica droop lol, give it an hour or so they will bounce right back, common for them to droop after a watering.
