So, 4 weeks into White Rhino, Hindu Kush, and Grandaddy Purple. ALL are suppose to be regular auto. No, not fems (beginner bad). The males of WR and HK showed themselves at week 2 1/2. The GDP still hasn’t revealed it’s sex, although one has very tiny bract/calix? No stigma as yet. without hair. The GDP where ahead of everyone in size and growth until about week 3 where they seem at standstill. They are all working on node 6. Node 5 of the one plant is where I see the above. By contrast, the WR has many colas (did LST) and the HK is starting on colas. Are GDP just slow in going preflower? Or, did I get photos by mistake? Lighting has been 17-7 for the grow. Any harm is going to 12-12 if the GDP are photo? The GDP plants are only about 6-8" tall and VERY bushing and VERY dark green leaves compared to the other 2. The WR and HK are about a foot tall in length, but LST’d them down. Thoughts?

I’m surprised how many people think autos are always female. From ILGM, yes. But, other companies sell regular autos. I know, because I thought I was getting auto fems when I bought from some other company and got auto regs. 3 out of 10 White Rhino and 3 out of 10 Hindu Kush were male, with balls and pollen galore!
peachfuzz is incorrect. I have seen regular auto seeds plenty of times. Never bought them but saw them none the less.

I’ve never heard of a GDP auto. Not to say that someone hasn’t knocked one off but it’s just news to me.
I bought from Cannabis-seeds.usa because they are USA based and was nervous about other places. Most of their stuff is photo or auto reg. I contacted them about my males and they said most of their stuff is auto reg AND I should have known that. That explains why their prices SEEMED better because I was buying possibly 50% males. Anyway, their loss of future business. I gave ILGM a try for second batch and so far no issues. Won’t do pics (I’m funny like that).
SO, should I wait another week or two? Or change lighting to see if they flip? Changing light shouldn’t bother the others should it?
