It’s recently come to our attention that someone in the office is holding onto a small stash of regular seeds from one of our newer product drops. In an attempt to get my hands on them, AfgVet suggested some of you may be interested as well. Which brought us back to an entirely different conversation of being due to have some sort of community engagement event. So I sit before you with some questions in attempt to gather some feedback on potential interest.
Who out there would be interested and able to participate? The ideal candidate would have some flexibility in when they are able to start a grow, have reasonable expectations of completing a successful grow, be able to post regular updates, and engage with the forum throughout the process. I’m happy to hear everyone’s thoughts, but please make a selection on poll below in addition to any comments you may have.

I have to vote that I’d love to participate… But I have to let you know that Canada Post is on strike for the next few days/weeks… So it all depends when you want to run that party!
When there’s a will there’s a way. Outside of that being a long term issue I don’t see it being a big deal. If there’s enough interest we’ll figure out how to move forward.

Right, something like that. I’m just trying to make hay while the sun is shining and will iron out details later. For the time being trying to get a visual on what kind of interest things like this will get. Then make it successful so we can do it often.

My take on Regulars lately has been positive, love some of the genetics thats available with them. Always a risk learned the hard way. But as of right now i have a bunch of Regulars and some of mine going. It would just be included in my cycle if that makes sense, my hardest part would be the communication along with them. Get shy when i have to. Lol open to your ideas.
Ima go with the 2nd option for now as i have no idea what the grow space is gona look like in the future. Dont wana sign up and end up not having the room when its time to participate.
I have never grown regular seeds but have some regular landrace to try in the coming year.
I would love to participate in an ILGM regular seed grow and/or contest. Tell me where and when to sign up. I would love to do it even if they aren’t ILGM. Either way, I am in if there ends up being anything to be in on.
