Sorry I wasn’t specific about that. Your response was by far the most informative in that thread. I’ve had diverticulosis since around 20 years old but I suspect now based on that conversation I’d been adding to the problem by overindulging. Thank you for your contributions to bringing awareness to this issue.

There’s a documentary about this on Netflix called “How to Change Your Mind “ that focuses on therapeutic use of hallucinogens and efforts to reschedule them.

Correct there is, it’s a good show actually considering its TV lol.

It takes 90 days for our brains to start to rebuild dopamine the natural way.

This is another big negative to over consuming, we don’t get much enjoyment out of life because our reward center is overloaded.
That’s why life can feel so Blah…
This is a big part of how drugs can wreck our lives, it happens with alcohol and caffeine or nicotine as well.

It sounds lame but being sober is being high on life naturally, getting high of substances is a burst of extra reward but it only lasts so long and isn’t sustainable.

What is a popular/quality temperature/humidity meter that you would recommend?

AC infinity 69 pro controller. Has all of that built in

I would agree, using an AC infinity T series is great, but if you want to get fancier you can go with the 69 controller for the ac infinity fans.
The new ones are amazing, ties into their tents, humidifiers, has WiFi… Yea crazy good no other real option in my mind

I would buy almost everything of theirs as well, but yes not lights lol.
Lights I go with kingbrite personally but to each their own.

Hi. I transplanted the smaller plant day before yesterday. The one in the back maybe five days ago… do you think that the limpness of her leaves is due to lack of

water?

Transplant shock, leave it be for a week and she’ll bounce back. Don’t over water :slightly_smiling_face:

@Nicky. Hoping early 2024 to switch to autopots. I have only used canna coir and jacks 321. 5 gal pots.

🤔 how does one fabricate the perfect 4 pot system?

Has to be pros and cons of purchased systems, ie…better valves than in the kit. Clear tubing over black, with that said., what would you build?

Thanks

I would buy 4 trays and either build my own or buy a 25g flexi tank (then glue the legs in place because they always fall out)

Black tubing from autopot is the best, clear is bad because light grows algea.

Buy a water pump and a digital timer for the reservoir.

Get a water alarm, to warn you of leaks.

I like having a couple extra pots/trays/aqua valves for when I’m lazy or want to start new stuff while the old stuff is finishing.

I would go fabric with the autopot air bases, try air, if it doesn’t work out best for you who cares the air base is still the best thing out there.
Run 50/50 coco peralite or if you find a pre washed and mixed 70/30 it works to.

Run a silica product and a microbe such as fishsh!t from fish head farms or tribus whatever is cheaper and easily accessible in your area both are great.
Fulvic acid would be ideal but it’s not needed.

Dome your small plants and keep a good VPD all through the grow and you should be laughing if you
Have a good germination success record
Don’t turn the autopots on to early
Avoid using grow bags on starter plants unless you cut the bags apart prior to transplant.

That’s about it I can think of for now
