Method: Dry herb vape
The smell of berries wafting out of the grove bag is pretty yummers. Maybe a little perfume in the background? It reminds me of 1995. Why? no Clue, I don’t ask questions of my buds anymore.
First toke: laundry. Reminds me of doing laundry. Why? Gonna find out… next toke is all blueberries. Must be something in a terpene at low temp that gives of a perfume, I have found that to be true with some other strains. Third toke is berries in earth. There is a term called petrichor which describes the smell of the earth after a rain. It is a little like that. Not musty but comforting. I turn off the vape and take a cold toke, it’s all blueberries in pastry now.
Warm dusty feeling. Like ive been out in the hayfield all day. About 5 min in and my pain level is 50% lower than starting, which is nice. But my braincells dont have that good of a chance. I’m staring at Mars in the sky and the shadow in the tree looks like California. Cerebral and cool. I’m thinking my toes would look better with a brick oven behind them. Cicadas are singing their final summer songs i think too. This s#!ts premo. I need to grow this one again.

Opening this bag is not like I had expected: pretty perfumey with some fuel in the hinders. Was thinking twizzlers, and got Chanel #5.
First toke, quite a bit of fuel with some sweet licorice. Second and third tokes light up the perfume bulb on the terpene-o-meter.
Tastes just like the perfume aisle smells at Nordstroms. Weird, but enjoyable. Like eating a black licorice candy out of granma’s candy dish when you thought it was chocolate, but then found out you like this better anyway. The name would of course lead one to be like “yeah a shot of Jag with a beer back” but then it is like “nope. just nope. I am getting hit in the face with black licorice, fennel, eau de toilet, and ouzo and I goddang like it”. 5 min in and I just dont, wait…what… crap. Pain is giving up being a douche-chevaux. Vibes in the shoulders cuz I really need pain relief it is nice. I gots stupids. Yes I do. I gots stupids, how about you? My beer tastes spicy. Neat. Vibey vibey vibe vibe. VIBEZ. Vibez with a f#$n Z cuz I am going over here now and thinking about what I’ve done. Damn.

Opening the bag is a little confusing. Fuel? Fruit? Skunk? Dank? Funk? Downtown?
First toke is like tangerine, cheese, and fresh breath mints. The feeling is swirling around, lungs take in a pretty big bite of it. Cough cough. Ok better. Second toke muted skunk is added, not as much citrusy or minty as the first. Third is Kinda winding down the cheese and almost a piney background pops up. That need to cough is still poking around the corner 5 min later. Nice warmth going over the body though. Not vibes, not waves, but somewhat in between, like a circulating fan. Pain isn’t really any better just yet, but will give it some time. 15 minutes in, Pain comes down a little bit now. Just caught myself staring at the squirrels across the street and can’t remember when I started watching them. And the stupids have joined. Pain relief is kinda low with this one. But if I needed a little help forgetting I have thoughts and watching the wildlife, this is a great one.
Just a note, squirrels are kinda big jerks.

Thanks @DoneDeal for reminding me these flowers are not just for smelling.
Grind will be a little loose I think, a slightly dryer bud than others, but has been curing longer than most when I sample. Good to see what time does. Opening the bag is like smelling something that you know is funky but not sure if it should be like that. There is a sweet, fruit, rotten but not in a bad way, more like over ripe grapefruits sitting on a shelf one day too long. First toke is a surprising amount of berries to it. Grapey, fruit but not citrus. Second toke leads to a cough that makes the neighbor laugh. Glad I could be there for ya tonight. This is a forward berry flavor again. But with a little spicy kick in the rears. About five minutes in feeling the simmering of chill factor deacon 5 coming down. A little ache behind the eyes, but that could also be because I have finally been able to sit for the first time today. Pain in the shoulder and big joints hanging on but manageable. Better hit a couple more tokes. Spicy, not really much flavor anymore, some sweetness but no real distinguishing notes. Is all good, getting a little more heavy in arms and eyelids. Pain still there but give zero f^@#$. Staring entirely too long at the sleeping chicken on my porch. Freeloader, should get a job. Totally happy in this chair staring at a freeloading chicken.

This little diva was so quick to start flower she got about the size of a coffee cup tall and was throwing a hedgehog. But I was happy, this one made it without an aphid infestation!
The total amount from the plant is just about two bowls full. Photo is the total amount. Stored in a regular plastic baggy, just couldnt devote a grove bag to a single bud I was gonna be trialing soon. Opening the bag was like getting a wiff of perfume in the air. Not strong but there. A little piney, more musty that expected. But as this bud is as dry as a popcorn fart, no mold. First toke put some harshness at the top of my hard palate and was a little annoying. Tastes very perfumey, some nuttiness notes in the background. No cough, no other irritation. Couple more tokes are getting spicier, and little more nutty. This is a CBD dominant strain, not looking for intoxicating euphoria, but good vibes are definitely there. Pain in the shoulder is better, but not gone, still good relief. A few minutes in and feel pretty all right. No big swings, but no big misses either. Pretty calm way to wake and bake the day.

That jerk chicken. Decided the coop wasnt good enough for her anymore and is living on the old dresser (I just finished restoring for my son) on my porch. Hasnt laid an egg in over three weeks because she’s molting. She’ll disappear for a couple days and come back with a new tattoo. Such an a$$#ole.

Online reviews of this one were pretty promising. Heavy indica, great for insomnia, sign me up! I grew two plants out, one in a solo cup just for the heck of it. Opening the bag is proper flower shop. Roses, peonies, lilacs, and some oregano?First toke is all apple blossoms and basil. That feeling of the vape almost penetrating the lining of your cheek, ever get that? It was crazy. Better take a couple more. COUGH CITY. Whoo! everything hurts and I am so glad i had just gone to the bathroom before starting, that could have been embarrassing. So many more floral hits to the sinus. Just perfumey, floral, herbal all day long. About 5 minutes, not much pain relief, but it is ok. Take a few more tokes. No spicy tokes, usually they start about now. Well thats different. Why does it feel I have bugs crawling on me. Nope, none there. Watching the fire in the backyard is nice, but what is out there making all that noise? On the porch now. It straight up looks like an astronaut on a scooter flying down the hill…ok, person in a helmet and reflective gear. Alrighty then be safe out there. Well, the paranoias are peeking in. I only really get this with over hitting on sativa heavy hybrids or strains. hmm. Pretty big closeness feeling. like the world is in a bubble one feet away from me. Not really scared but not what i was anticipating. Been a minute since this has happened. Gonna chill a minute. About 30 minutes later, I am hitting a bag of doritoes and cheese dip like it is my job. Damn fine case of the munchies. No more paranoia, feels like I have a blanket around me. Gotta get a beverage. Water is too complicated. wheres the pop? Good for nausea and appetite, better take it easier next time around. And not eat for the day before. Girl, geez, put the chips bag down.
