Are white tips normal?

So this plant has been a pain with its leaves dying on me. Still not sure why. But then i noticed that the tips on the buds are turning white. Any one have a clue why the tips are turning white?

It’s bleaching. Generally caused by intense lighting.

What low said. I’ve had this before.Those white tips taste really good. That’s according to my wife, because I don’t smoke.

Does this mean i need to lower the intensity or raise the light a bit?
