First grow. Not sure what i am looking at. I think they are at the end of life cycle.
Sure looks like alot of white pistils at this distance and my eyes.
One trich shot looks clear, another milky, the milky shot would be to your choice in the type of high you seek.
They are making nervous with all the leaves yellowing even though the grow conditions seem decent. They are maybe half red pistils. Maybe ill harvest the one and let the other two go for another week or two.
No need to worry. This is normal at this point in flowering. The plant is done growing and is now focusing on ripening flower.
+1 like he said, don’t be nervous, it’s time to start being happy and doing the happy dance
These can lead you down the wrong road!
Go by trics
@Bigb2 it looks like you have a little more time.I want to caution to not have too much microscope light on as it can make your trichomes appear cloudy. I see some amber on the trichomes that look like sugar leafs. The sugar leafs will turn amber before your bud. Make your decision based upon the trichomes on your bud.
Do they need any more fertilizer, or can i just finish them out with water?
What is your runoff PPM and how many weeks has the plant been in flowering?
Thats your call. Id let them go at least another week. So there’s time to feed again. But knowing what your runoffs are right now would help cement that decision.
In any event, no more nitrogen. If I fed anything? It’d be PK heavy with a splash of epsom salts. But they are nearing end of life and those leaves wont get any prettier
Looks like you’re at the same stage as me day 67 auto
Still have at least 2 weeks to go I’m still feeding bloom and molasses
They are at 650 and one of them at 800ppm. They are just over 10 weeks from sprout, so around 6 weeks of flower.
I expect you have a couple of weeks to go. I would feed a few more times. I stop feeding my plants about a week before harvest.
I would start backing off the nitrogen now, but not eliminate it completely. Run PPM a little lower since the plant’s appetite will slow down. Eventually, water consumption will decrease as well.
Thanks. Btw, i appreciate all the advice throughout this grow. Nice to have a place to lean on others experience.
I am trying to hold out for another week on this one. About 9 weeks flowering, hardly any leaves at all. This one did exactly what yours is doing a couple of weeks ago.
I took about an ounce (dried bud weight) off the bottom of it about a week after the leaves all yellowed and were removed. That was ok but the rest will be so much denser and better.
I just fed them, so will let them go another week or more. Took a sample from lower part of the one showing the most red pistils. Will see how the wife likes it.
