Apple fritter acting sensitive?

So here i have three apple fritter plants in a 15 gal fabric pot of happy frog that ive been reusing and reammending. After the last harvest i cut away the stalk and bigger roots close to it and then planted these that i had in solo cups. Im trying for a living soil i use buildasoil inputs and i planted cover crop and introduced some red wiggler composting worms. I dont know why the one plant has such twisty leaves and why the other plants leaves are curling. They are recieving an acceptable dli and ppfd. Does anyone know what im doing to them?

Let me tag a soil grower or 2.
@Storm @MeEasy
Wondering if either of you could lend an assist.
I’m in pro mix and synthetics so not familiar with living soil.
@Chiefbroadpole Welcome back btw.

Thanks for the tag @Oldguy

High there @Chiefbroadpole , I’m not familiar with the Buildasoil brand nutrients but it’s a well known label that should do really well. Looking at the pictures I see the leaves doing a canoe which is normally a sign of to much light. It doesn’t look extreme so I personally wouldn’t worry unless the leaf edges start to burn. It also looks like the soil is a little to wet maybe :thinking: which could be causing the other leaf issues

I’ve always said watering is the hardest part of growing in living soil. It’s best to think of it as a scale from 1-10 one being dry and ten is soup. You are aiming to keep it between 4 and 7 throughout the grow

What are your temps and humidity ? Also add 2 tablespoons of agricultural epsom top dressed to your soil. Itll help with mag and sulfur and also help roots uptake nutes. Also dont forget to add a tablespoon per gallon of h20 per week to feed those microbes.

Right now temp is 78 to 80 with humidity being 65 to 68. I honestly think I just had them in the solo cups too long which would explain why the one that was the runt looks the best, any thoughts?

It is very possible it’s a little shock from the transplanting

Probably. @Chiefbroadpole organic/living soils take a little longer do do everything :grin:. Once they settle into the biome they will start looking great.
