Man… I haven’t gamed since the Nintendo 64 came out. I love watching people play… but I can’t put the bong down long enough to actually participate. Given my current situation… if I had a system… I’d sure as hell join you to blast some bastards. Thanks for thinking of me bro!!

@MidwestGuy I had played COD, Battlefield (and all versions), and Metal of Honor since they came out… I stopped battlefield when it was cops and robbers… That was a weird year.
Fingers crossed next year I won’t have to buy COD now that MS owns Activision… Have Game Pass through 2025.
I remember those days. Taking turns after a person died.

Obviously I never made it to COD. It’s probably best considering I almost went battlefield on my fam and the last thing they need… is for me to have training.

Battlefield 2 was the best at the time. Engineers could repair tanks. Snipers in a window could call out the location of enemy hostiles. C4 at 4 corners of a building and kill all inside in one fell swoop and then the Vietnam DLC, that sound track was amazing. Those were the days. Then the BS started with MW series with the spawn killers and took all the fun out the game. MW2 was my last attempt at online MP war games. Then TC Wildlands came out and made it all fun again. We would grab a NPC in the salt flats and hold him while your teammate went out over 1000 yards for longest sniper shot. You had to hold on to the NPC as they would despawn at like 900 yards. Good times.
I have a PS5 and my online id is the same. Send me a friend request, I am sure I have all of the aforementioned games in my game catalog.
