So this seed sprouted quickly (I start my seeds in the living soil they will spend their lives in). The odd thing, 3 calyxes appeared. 2 were super long and skinny, weird looking calyxes. The other single was normal. The weird curled leaf came out like that. Now each set looks weird and curly. Am I missing something?

File that one under “new leaf weirdness.” Plants often have a little trouble figuring out their genetic coding at first. They usually figure it out within a few nodes. It looks like yours already have.

More and more often. Sometimes its a positive thing. Ive had several that started weird but came around to normalcy while giving me two tops on a branch or two. She will come around most likely.
