Looks like a wasp no worries the will eat spider mites and aphids and on

Thanks it was hard to tell if it was a wasp or not hes really likes my plant been on an off her fir the past 3 days

I suggest doing a close inspection (top and bottom of leaves) with a jeweler’s loupe or digital microscope. Look for tiny pests that the wasp might be feeding on. Those pests often times feed on your plant and the wasps are drawn to them for food.

I have a loupe ill have to look when i get home ive been spraying neem oil almost every night

Did some LST because they was some bugs in there the plant was like standing straight up and all the leaves were getting bunched up in the middle and thats where all the bugs were hanging out hopefully this helps make the plant more manageable also
