I love me some crappy and bluegill. Growing up we lived on a lake. A simple piece of corn on the hook within 3 seconds of your cast you were guaranteed a pan fish

The pic with my wife were two trophy (well almost) crappy. The best freshwater eating fish there is. Some folks argue Walleye are better, but we don’t have those down here

Love it! Good times cayote hunting, me and buddy got some big ones in winter couple years back, skinned them and sold the pelts.
Do want to go for boar once. Had the meat before, gamey as f^ck.
Just love being out for deer in the cold woods. Just peaceful. This is the one and only pic of me with game. I hate having my picture taken. Lol.
Although i do have one he took of me skinning squirrels. Cant find the damn thing.

You aren’t lying about needing to find a place to hunt. Buddy sold his land in SW Illinois for a lot of $$$ and now we’re stuck on public land. At least I bow hunt also so I can get out when it’s not crowded in late fall/winter. I know you need to kill all the damn boars you can. What do you do with them? Can you donate to a local processor who gives to poor/homeless?

There are so many that we let the coyotes have them mostly. Take the straps and roasts off of a couple to eat and leave the rest.

Im a hunter/gatherer.
I quit deer hunting many years ago, but with the price of meat at the store, I’ll probably kill a few deer to eat this year. I primarily hunt upland birds with my Epagneul Breton bird dogs.
Anthropologist now believe humans have hunted with dogs for at least 12 thousand years. So, along with growing cannabis, I’m practicing two ancient crafts.
