Normally fresh water fish for bass. Last visit to San Diego to see daughter, wife and I did an 18 hr trip into Mexican waters. 4 Dorado/ dolphin fish/Mahi and 2 yellow fin tuna. Left my daughter a lot of sushi
. The tuna were fighters
. Wife won biggest fish to boot, big tuna.
Nice. Mahi Mahi is my fav salt water fish to consume! And they are beautiful too.
If the economy doesn’t improve soon, fishing will become more of a necessity than a past time
Has been for enos in this house, wild game and caught fish are 30% our food, rest is farm raised and picked to walk the the plank to slaughter, beef , pork, and chicken cost more up front, but last way longer then a run to grocer every 2 weeks of so!
And so much better taste and healthier too!
We have two gardens every year and raise corn on another property. Deer, hogs, turkey, rabbits, and lots of fish for us. Hardly go to grocery store anymore except for sugar, and flour, shit like that. Raise our own chickens and rabbits .
Nice we are getting there, be retired soon and almost setup for doing chickens and hogs in time!
Supper!
Nice speck and bluegill
