Any concerns with spots on the leaves?

Hello, I’m 4 to 5 weeks into flowering and noticing spots on the leaves. Any concerns? I’m using MG soil, growing Amnesia Haze and AK47.

MG is not marijuana friendly soil. Do you have nutes you’re using? If so, which ones?

Can you take some pictures of the whole plants?

The first and third photo looks like bug damage do you have a scope and look under the leaves

The leaves are pretty dark which is most likely because of the mg it’s still releasing N but the spots are not part of it. I’m with Jay I believe you have bugs spider mites to be exact. You will have to look under your leaves for tiny mites n webbing best done with some sort of magnifier

I do see a little webbing on the edges of the leaves in the pictures. I will use my loupe to get a closer look under the leaves. I used the loupe to look at the tops of them and see trichs spread out all over them. What is the best way to treat the spider mites? How harmful are they to the plant/flowers? Thanks

Thanks. I’ll get some Captain Jack’s

I have millions of ladybugs that hang out in my backyard so hopefully they will stop the critters from getting to my girls

Have you used Captain Jacks? If so, is a bud wash needed?

That they are and a bitch to get under control if you allow them to get a good population going so make sure you get after them. If you can’t get the spray right away you can use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water spray em just before you turn off your lights for the night, add some extra airflow to your room and it wouldn’t hurt to shake off any excess moisture from the buds like 10-15 minutes after spraying… moisture = mold

I have not used any pesticides yet but my ladies are still doing good

Yes I would wash your harvest, if you don’t you will be smoking dead bugs and whatever you are going to spray them with

If you leave standing water/spray on leaves with the lights on it will burn it

It’s dark and rainy out. I sprayed them outside and just brought them inside to where I put them every night which isn’t a grow room or anything like that.

I no everyone has told you how to take care of your spider mites already but I’m going to give you the remedy that has worked for me every time no pesticides. 1 gallon distilled or RO water 1/2 cup hydrogen peroxide 2 tbs baking soda 1/4 tsp dawn dish soap spray until running off underside and stalks. I cover the top of my pot with a trash bag so it’s not all pouring into the soil. Wait 3 days and repeat after that 3 days inspect if still living then captain jacks. Captain jacks is one of the only recommended pesticides that won’t leave a residue so no need to wash your plants

Thanks. I’ll get some peroxide tonight. I hit them with Captain Jacks last night. Should I wait several days before I hit them with the peroxide mixture?
