Love free seeds!
I had a plant hermie on me a few grows ago. King Tut pollinated a gold leaf. Called it Pharoah’s Gold. She is currently in the ground and doing great. I’ll keep a close eye on her just in case she hermies. Time will tell.

I am not an expert at seeds at all, but from my experience if you had an outside source you would have way more than one seed. She most likely produced that seed herself thru self pollination from what I understand it is feminized. If another plant hermied and sent pollen to another plant those could be male or female. Don’t quote me on this, It is just what I have seen, grown both seeds and self polinated is 100 % female so far. Thanks for the tag and will follow when you start your grow.

I am about as bummed as bummed can be 
What was supposed to be a spectacular fall harvest of BBA with fat condensed colorful buds, will have to wait for next year.
On the bright side, at least my GSCEAs are happy.

Failure to germinate. I have had the worst luck with these BBA’s.
Just not meant to be bro… was the seed sacn maybe compromised? Did any even break a root?
Never broke root, planted after 48 hours of floating.
ILGM seeds.

I know I have said it before, I had crap results with BBA, Of course ILGM made it right. BB Fem have been great.

I would regrettably have to agree with your sentiment regarding the BBA. Last grow had issues with BBA and now this grow. I am hoping to get ILGM to replace with different seeds, I can’t count on the rest of mine to be viable.

Did you ever try to tap the seed down in the water the next day? I always have them floaters for a day, then when I hit them with my finger they sink. Then next day I have a big root hanging out. I only put two drops of h202 in a small glass and have great success, don’t even have to use the napkin method much. Also another trick is some people will even use some light sand paper and rough them up alittle before germinating. Hope that helps.

I have had problems with bba but I still grow it. It’s a good productive strain. Just gotta get em out of the seed. I always add peroxide 10 drops per cup and let the soak 48 hours even if root pops out. It seems to help them shed the shell completely. They handle lst and can produce massive buds.

There’s a couple of techniques you could try to germinate: one old school trick is to drag the seed over an emory board and ‘score’ the seed surface to make it easier to crack. Peroxide in with the soak water changed daily helps. I’ve had seeds take as much as 6 days to show a tail if the husk is thick and hard.
