Air duct setup advice

So I installed my air duct and a air filter, but I think I installed it wrong. I just need some advice if I did. I also don’t notice a big difference that much in the tent when it is on.

Hello fellow grower. I’m not sure about your fan but I am wondering why your plant is above your light?:v:

I knew someone was gonna ask lol, had to re pot it, and had a heavy storm so I have to wait to put them outside.

Everything looks like it’s hooked up correctly as long as the air is sucking through the filter and blowing out of the other end of the hose. The filter isn’t gonna do much for smells inside the tent, if anything at all, it’s to clean the air being expelled from the space.
If you’re asking about temp it’s because you’re venting the air from the tent back into the space the tent is also drawing air from. You’re just creating a circle.
The exhaust needs to be expelled to another space, preferably out the window, so fresh, cooler air is getting drawn into and through, the tent.

Best of luck!!

I am with @Tylersays , Looks good as long as directional flows is right on exhaust fan. When running with tent zipped up tight should have good negative pressure inside tent. Leave a pass through hole open at the bottom in order to pull fresh air in the bottom and exhaust hot stale air out the top. Good luck :v:

I see that your exhaust hose is on the outside of your tent. I also see a hole in your drop ceiling. If you are not exhausting outside of your room that will affect the smell in the room as well as temperature. Which may or may not be an issue depending upon multiple factors.
