Side question, once a plant has stopped most of its vertical growth, is it ok to release the stem from the pot, to help with airflow underneath And is it ok to break the dominance to let the nain cola pop up? (For aesthetics.) I feel like 2 of my girls are ready to focus on buds.
You can. Defoliating inside and bottom might be better. As long as you dont pull many fans she will feed flowers. Let her stretch after flip would be my call before anything. Will see where she is going.
I feel like my 2 oldest ones are done stretching. In the sense that my main stem and branches used to pop up quickly after tie downs. The main colas gavent really popped back up with much fight recently. Their buds kerp looking thicker though.
Full flower she will sit right there. If they are happy with a pretty level canopy soldier on. Remove a fan or so for circulation. Not going to grow anymore of them so need what you have for feeding flowers. I am a very very basic grower. The love makes them love me back 
Yeah, my understanding of fan leaves will be better before another grow. Sometimes hard to tell which/when/where/why… lol Learning is fun. (But not nearly as fun if i was having to learn from unhealthy plants. Ha)

Bro blurple lights are fine theres nothing wrong with them specially if they put out a good spectrum for growing and they have a good wattage you will get good flower from those lights

Ok, so having both of my lights on in the day doesnt look like it will be doable due to the additional heat in the room.
But to be honest, if im going to give my plants a rest period, id just assume it be in the daytime (when hottest anyway) and leave BOTH lights off.
BUT if i did that, the room still wouldnt be COMPLETELY dark. Meaning, a bit of light will still leak through from my other room. (Cant close door due to heat buildup.)
So could that slight amount of light for a 4hr or 6hr somehow cause confusion and risk going hermie? Otherwise, id be happy to do it in the day when im here and can be responsible about keeping the schedule. (Will get a cheap timer when i can afford it.)

Also included any way you have to exhaust out of grow area/tent.

Its a 2 room rv trailer thing. I just removed enough plastic that its fair to say i dont have a tent anymore. It wasnt doing anything for my problems.
First pic, youll see it has an AC in the front room on bottom right, which isnt enough for both rooms.
Second pic shows a black fan at bottom, trying to blow cooler air from front room to back. A large white fan leaned against to pull heat away. (That fan sucks for the size.)
Third pic shows small white fan above plants for circulation.
4th pic just shows size of room for another question. The room is 7ft x 9ft. How many of those Exhale CO2 bags would it take to help me with 10 unwanted extra degrees of heat?
Whats infuriating is that theres no reason i cant put these plants in the front room with the AC and the back room closed off. Only because the person im renting from doesn’t want them there. I pay the rent. I live here. But no. And the amount of extra effort it causes me is ridiculous. Evidently theres a magic spell between the border of the two rooms. Yet somehow, im allowed to put them in huge cardboard boxes in the front room for drying. Makes me want to move out just for the BS absurdity of it all. Sorry, had to vent.
Also, i was asking if i switched from 24hrs of light all the way up to now, could it risk hermies if i switched it to lights off for 4 - 6hrs in the day? (To decrease heat.) But still have slight light coming in from front room. Not sure what kind of stress the change might cause. Or if the slight light from front room could confuse them.
