Thatā€™s so weirdā€¦ nothing loose? USB c on the back?

Can you turn The oscillation off and see if anything changes?

nothing I can see, I have swapped cables and reconnected and repositioned the cable for stress reliefā€¦I have moved ports alsoā€¦right now I havenā€™t seen it in the small tent and only the top fan in the big tent just happened this morning 2 times and then it has not stopped since thenā€¦
I should turn off the oscillation to see if it is something to do with thatā€¦I will try that and see what happensā€¦I have 5 of the ACI fans and all of them seem to hesitate for a second when they oscillateā€¦not turn off just stop the movement for a second or lessā€¦so strange

Is the power cord plugged firmly into the receptacle :face_with_peeking_eye::grin:

@Autos-only I had the same issue with my fans. The oscillation was on and it was ever so slightly tugging on the USB cord. Not enough to see it move, but, theyā€™re ultra sensitive on the plug in on the back of the fans. From my experience, anywayā€¦
Side note - I upgraded to the 69 Pro+ and absolutely love it. 4 channels is not enough to do what i was looking to do with it. The rep at ACI strongly cautioned about running the fans oscillating 24/7. He said try to give the motors a rest to cool down for best life in them, so, I have them on opposite cycles of 15 min on, 15 min off.

thanks for that info @Fishy ā€¦I knew the fact about running the fans 24/7 was not suggested

We say this at work all the time! Haha! ā€œI have no pressure to the clutch packā€ did you try getting off it and getting back on it?

What does ACI say about it???

I have not contacted them yetā€¦figured I would start here to get a feel if it is just my equipment or if others have the same issueā€¦I am thinking if they put out 2 firmware updates recently they know something is not right in their controllersā€¦ they donā€™t say what the firmware update is fixingā€¦

I may have missed it, but what triggers do you have set?
If you have any numbers entered in the triggers, the controller may be trying to maintain.

Iā€™m just learnā€™n this thing, so this is only a guess. Seems like the instructions I was reading indicated erratic behavior if triggers are set inadvertently.

good thought ā€¦ I donā€™t have any triggers onā€¦everything like that is turned offā€¦

Controller Update F3.2.41

  1. Fixed an issue with devices reconnecting to Wi-Fi after an internet outage.

  2. Fixed an issue with buffer rounding causing devices to trigger earlier than expected.

  3. Fixed an issue with UIS Outlets unintentionally activating while VPD automations are in use.

  4. Optimized resistance values and communication protocol for device stability during interruptions and interference.

  5. Various minor bug fixes and improvements.

I didnā€™t have any usable settings in mine as I was just playing with it to learn. But, I did my update and didnā€™t loose any of my bogus settings.

You can see these instances in the graphs?

Change out or disconnect one component at a time and monitor the graph for a few days before replacing the next device.

One guy reported his T-3 humidifier was causing issues like yours and ACI replaced it. Any faults within any of the uis devices can create issues throughout the sys.

ACI should be able to help you get it sorted quicker.
Frustrating Iā€™m sure. Hope I donā€™t have those issue.
