A question from a fellow grower:
I am thinking about getting my cultivating license and I was wondering if you could tell me if a 5,000 sf warehouse is big enough and how many plants could I yield?
I have 17 foot ceilings in the warehouse and can go 2 more stories up if needed.

5,000 square feet (!) That should be enough for 464 600watt light bulbs with room to spare. You should be able to yield AT MINIMUM 100 kilo’s (220 pounds) every 3 months, and that would be a bad yield! I think around 200 keys every 3 to 4 months.
I could grow around 750 plants in that space. Warning! This type of commercial grow will attract the “Feds”. Legal in your state or not. They do not bother smaller MMJ ops, but that size will bring them to your door.
