After school for me was ,Dark Shadows .Barnabus the stud vampire biting all the ladies pretty much in every episode.

My cousins used to live in an old Victorian house and their staircase looked just like the one on the show. Always creep’d me out.

As a pre-teen,Saturday’s line up.I have always been an early morning person.
7am Cisco Kid
7:30 Three Stooges
8am Popeye
After that breakfast then off to see how filthy dirty I could get.Mom said I would leave dirt rings in the tub.Of course I have no recollection of such things.
Then Sunday night

Life was so much better back then,IMO.
In small town America everyone knew you and your parents.There was no escaping punishment if you got caught.The law would give you a ride home (unless you really tried to re-invent stupid) go face your parents. We can never go back but this thread has my me smile with the memories.

When Disney was not the Disney of today, mom use to take to Sunday matinee to watch Disney movies after church.

Since we’re bringing memories of I remember watching on Sundays with my grandfather kung fu …the wild wild West… And I remember watching The Rockford files and the old version of The enforcer… I always pictured my grandpa wanted to be the enforcer lol
