2nd run, 4 autos and photos maybe to much

And then should I ? Or can I take off these small buds sites ? Or just let them go and see what happens ? Those little guys

Yep, sure is. She’s showing her ā€œbuttonsā€, and will soon pop out pistils in big clumps.

As far as that lower stuff, personally I cut it all off, and I think the earlier the better. My thought is a plant has a finite amount of energy to grow, and I want it to focus on the good stuff, not the lower stuff that will end up as larf anyway.

Thank u I was thinking the same thing, plant can only do so much and would rather have it all concentrated in fewer spots, then spread out. Just wanted to make sure I wasn’t over thinking anything. ā€œNot that I have ever been accused of over thinking, more like underā€ lol thanks again

Yeah buddy, preflower is here! I follow a similar photo defoliation schedule with autos Brother. I I remove lower fans and wait until after the stretch for defoliation on those PITA leaves that block the lower buds, I also remove any growth that will never see the light :love_you_gesture:

:point_up_2: looks great and works for photos :love_you_gesture:

These are autos, and has worked out really well for me. I can’t speak for everyone, but seems to me as long as the plant is healthy, you can get away with almost anything. I did just about everything you weren’t supposed to do with autos, and haven’t had any real issues. Just big ol beautiful plants lol

Yeah that’s great to hear like above only second run, and I feel the same. Had very little luck planting in for ever homes so I do small quart containers then transplant, also do LST, a soon as they can handle it, and cut leaves off. Everything that I have read not to do on autos. So thanks again for the the back up

Hi guys just an update. Started some LST in my younger plants. 3 young ones just at a month, another one about 5 weeks and the little guy is just lagging behind but I’m in no rush. She grow up when she ready. When I LST took off a few bigger fan leaves to open them up a little bit. If you see anything I’m missing let me know thanks guy.

This is the oldest one

Also I have been running lights 24/7, switched today to 20/4 so will see next week what everyone looks like. Thanks again

I think they all look great, though personally I would be much more aggressive with the LST. I’d want those tops bent over and held down, but that’s just me. They look really healthy though, that’s the most important thing.

Will work on it. I’m still to afraid to just pull over but I need to just grow up and do it. Thanks for the support

Keep playing around and you’ll find out

@Bluntsmoke oh I’m sure I’ll do something really dumb at some point, but that’s how you learn. I’m excited to try some different things this go round

Exactly I can read a book about something but until I do it, mess it up and have to fix my mistake I’ll never learn nothing either

That was how I looked at it. I read so many different things, almost always opposing views on how to grow autos, and was able to see success on either side. I think a lot comes down to environment, the overall health of your plants, and the strain. But I love being able to experiment a little bit, and try new things.

Alright everyone busy week and weekend so just got an update, very pleased so far but do have a few questions
Pic 1 she will be 2 months out of ground Friday. I’m happy so far it’s my GG auto. And she would be in flower now correct?

Now this is my BB auto just over 30 days, 34 days above ground she looks to be in flower already and she is huge compared to the other. Genetics I guess?

These are my other 2 that are the same 34 days above ground, another GG, and GSCX autos. Have taken off some big fans leaves trying to do better with LST
