I would use a better quality chocolate and then try the pastry funnel.
@Caligurl would know better, but I believe that dipping chocolate mark recommended seizes up and doesn’t allow it to be worked with as well.

In the future you can pour in some chocolate about half the mold then sprinkle your powdered mushies onto the chocolate then pour the rest of the chocolate ontop. This way none gets left in the chocolate scraps stuck to the bowl.
Lol i tried using a dark chocolate 75 & 85% cocoa it was a disaster

Coating chocolate is different then other chocolates. Its designed to create a hard shell vs a chocolate bar. Try using real chocolate.
What kind of chocolate?
Yes!! That’s what I was trying to say.
That definitely will be on my next try & i could weigh out my exact micro dose to each square…as long as the powder stays in that square lol
Im a fan of dove chocolate myself. But any will do. Dark chocolate is gonna be harder to work with because of the cacao.
I believe I used like 70% cocoa . Something like Ghirardelli. Usually the grocery store will have a section with more quality and organic chocolate. Look there.
Be sure to temper the chocolate.
Lol that was my issue, temper part i think… how was new England
I like dove chocolate too, this box stuff kinda tastes like it. I got milk, dark & white chocolate
So 0.1 grams will be no side effects
lol??
It’s important to only use chocolate with 100% cocoa butter… no other data and oils. You cannot properly temper any other chocolates
Lol @Caligurl can you just tell me the best one to get… i have a kroger & a meijer grocery store near me. These are what i have in my house lol
I think the waffers are what a friend gave me, she makes her x mas candies with it… i could try those next… i do like how this box stuff doesnt melt . You can leave it on a shelf
Tempering is when you leave a third out & add it after you turn the heat off, right?
It was wonderful! My hometown is my favorite place to be in the spring. Worked on my boat most of the time but loved every minute of it. ![]()
I knew she would be able to add an intelligent answer as to why
. I couldn’t remember the “why”
