Looks awsome and you can always clip wire to give yourself some access without havin to take the cages off, smart man keep them ladys safe, clip a couple fishing bells to each cage its amazing how much a little noise spooke the 4 legged and 2 legged pest

Not only will it keep Rodents and Deer :deer: Out it can give support to the plants as they grow taller, I would do the same if I didn’t have to hide everything , Plant’s are looking nice and Green Ready to Take Off :rocket::rocket:

Hahaha :rofl: I’m just growing how I learned from the old head outlaw growers man :man_shrugging:t2: with a little organic living soil twist, we have got it on cruise control now until the beginning of flower, definitely need to get in there and do some defoliation, also I’m not sure at which height I’m going to start training the other tops out. Lol I actually rented the skid steer for a week myself to get my driveway done not cheap!!! @BigTrout

I bet well its all looking good brother just keep on keepn on

The Forbidden Grove went through a slight transformation!!! Decided the cages didn’t need to be so tall and started training and defoliating the ladies. Hope all is well growmies :v:

@Naturalmedsman @plumbdand @borialis @W.B.elpaso did I go too far with defoliation? :joy:

Looks good. Those are going to be super bushy in a few weeks. I like to remove the branches closer to the soil.

@Naturalmedsman I made the decision instead of a tall bush I wanted my own hedgerow :joy:

This is what I’m shooting for, for a final product, next year I’m going to try my hand at making some permanent living soil pots like this !!

looking nice! I would have left the cages tall as there is a lot of growing left,
I like how you can support the branches by threading them out the side of the cage, I might have to steal your idea!

on my indoor grow I defoliated twice for air flow and light penetration , outdoors especially with how you have everything spread out it might not be necessary but these things grow like weeds no matter what you do

once there plants get bigger seems like the animals don’t bother them anymore, are you getting any leaf damage from bugs?

that is a freaking bush!

@blueskies it would have taken a solid 3 hours just to defoliate it all with the cages being so tall and only a few access holes to reach into, but my plan is to stabilize the tops during flower by tying each one back to the opposite side of the cage and counter the weight by itself with the help of the cage being supported by all the main leads , not sure where that stone pot picture came from but that’s what I want eventually!!

@blueskies at this point I’m prepping ahead for heavy tops and how to stabilize it to itself lol

Looking good bro, you will have hedges for sure gonna be cool to watch
