Very Nice, healthy ladies ![]()
Irie Genetics (Raphael) and Mass Medical Strain (Chick Magnet)are going to be big plants… GSC is steady as it goes. Green Point Seeds (Hibernate) is a small/med. plant and Mandala Seeds (Fast N’ Glorious) is med/med large so all are looking good.
They look great! I’m excited to see how the Hilbernate and the Eaphael turns out. There are some strong genetics there. Plants look great. I went for the same style last year with the wire in a silicone shame like that. The only down fall I found was sometimes the buds got to big for the spacing in the wire and restricted some of the growth. Your large colas may be out of it. Also I found if a bit challenging to maintain the lower section of the plant come flower. Trying to keep the airflow decent and what not. I had to cut a few of the squares out of the wire to make room to work the lower sections.
Keep up the great work! The plants look green, healthy and thriving.
Happy growing…
Thanks for the positive comments
… I already cut out 3 to 4 squares so I can remove the lower leaves for air flow and branches that won’t product any bud worth keeping. Plan to thin the plants before the hot/humid weather gets here; sometime next week when I get the time.
@Derbs - follow a long if you want
Cleaned up some lower branches from the bottom 1/3 of the plants. Watered with Mammoth P and foliar sprayed with Pure Crop1.
GSC - 4.5 feet tall
Raphael - 5.5 feet tall
Chick Magnet - 5 feet tall
Fast N’ Glorious - 4 feet tall
Hibernate - 4 feet tall
Plan B is a bust, all males, so no CBD plants this year. I do have about 25 seeds left; next year it’s going to happen. Foliar sprayed with Pure Crop1 yesterday and watered with ThriveN and Recycle-Sil Natural Silica. Today I watered with MammothP.
Plants are holding up in the heat, cooling starts tomorrow. I did thin out the lower 1/3, needs a bit more work but it’s OK for now.
Fantastic work! They are looking healthy, green and happy. Super excited to see some flowers forming.
Happy growing…
do you keep the wire fence around it all the time? How do you check for bugs and prune through the wire. They look good!!!
Wire cage stays the whole grow…I cut the wire to make two openings opposite each other so I can access plants. Helps with watering, plant clean up and foliar spraying the interior. I use Pure Crop1 for insect and mold control, replaced neem oil. First time using and very happy with the change.
@Dreamer you’re welcome to tag along.
okay thanks
More thinning out, first top dress with mushroom compost/worm castings and a handful of BuildASoil Craft Blend Nutrient Pack. Also, foliar sprayed with Pure Crop1. Next watering will be with MammothP.
