That was a nice little haul from some lower buds took me 4 hours while watching football to trim it up. I got quite a bit of kief too. The buds were better than I thought they’d be. I vaped a few hits and it was pretty good for immature bud. I’m gonna let it sit for a few more hours then put it in grove bags.

Yeah it was a great game

That’s funny, I spent this afternoon trimming some I dried for the last 4 days. Gave it a trim let it sit out a few still to wet for grove bags.

So this weekend I looked at the plant closer and the interior of the it had alot of dead plant matter I dont think it is bud rot but I spent all day Saturday and Sunday until the game started trimming all the dead out of the interior of all my plants my wife even helped! My back is so sore from being hunched over lol next season I will stay on top of this better lol but I never had so much fun doing gardening!

I would trim away any leaves that are blocking sunlight and/or airflow to the interior

So this happened to a friend over the rain this weekend. What can he do?

Cut the end off and throw it away don’t touch anywhere else with the scissors without cleaning them thoroughly. Check the rest of the plant for more and remove any you find. Spray the plant thoroughly with peroxide/water 50/50 mix spray the affected areas real good. If there’s any open wounds from cutting off branches/buds after spraying cover the wounds with 100% aloe or honey. I like to use honey
I would spray every night for a few days then every other night until I was sure no more mold/rot was happening.

Oh yeah check for caterpillars thoroughly as well. They’re deep in the colas if they’ve been in there awhile leaves will start to die right where they’re at but the leaves start dieing from the stem out rather than the tips first. If you pull on a leaf and it pulls right out easily peel open the bud right there and dig around. They’re tiny and green so they’re hard to see, they look like a piece of the bud.

Oh shxt! This is gonna be fun.

Thanks plumbdand. I’ll let him know. Hey that miracle baby is doing good. You done a heck of job with her.:+1:

Now we gotta start making seeds.

Someday I’ll make some seeds, maybe but for now I’ll buy them.

Found more worms today this time one was on one of the LA Confidentials ended up clipping the end of the cola off. Found 3 more on AceKillerOG poor thing. She’s one of my best plants and I’ve let her down. So far I’ve had to clip off the ends of 6 colas this time 2 really nice colas got decapitated.
I’m no longer calling them caterpillars that’s too nice of a name for them, sounds like they should be all cute and fuzzy. Worm is a much better description. Think slimey and disgusting. I knew I’d have to deal with some pests growing 11 plants outdoors but I’ve had more problems in the big greenhouse. The plants in the 5x10 are way more open to the elements have not had any issues with pests or mold.

Ouch! Sorry buddy. I looked really hard today and I’m clean. Can’t put down like snail bait for them? You think the greenhouse conditions are bringing them in?
