I put my seeds in coco coir pots and use plain water. I don’t “feed” my seedlings anything for the first week or so. I use a cheap grow led from one of the box stores. Cost me about $30. Low power with just enough output to get the plant going. If you use a dome on your seedlings this light won’t stress the plant when you remove the dome. After the plant develops it’s third node (not counting the seed leaves) I put the seedling (or clone) into a quart bag with my soil mix.

listen mate i can not grow for shit i was thinking i could but truth be known i have a lot to learn but just look what im growing with the support from these guys
oh and i got a new fan its crazy good
so look fella im inpatient and dont like waiting and you have to wait a little when it comes to growing just stick with it because when you get there you will be rewarded

@whatbuddyboy Man you’ve got lots of plants!! and room for tons more…! Nice set up …Im outdoors so its not in my wheel house to judge but man that’s a great room you have ,As far as patience hell I haer ya I dont even like to wait for green lights @ a signal light LOL!

Welcome to the community, brother those are top of the line lights! Like @oldmarine said getting past the seedling stage is the key. They require a lot of humidity during the 1st 2 weeks with a low wattage or fluorescent T5 light(like the one under the cabinets) for any pictures? We start our seeds in solo cups using the same medium that will be used in their forever pots. A clear solo cup can be placed over the red cups to create a dome that will condensate and feed them until their roots are established. You got this, take it from me whose made every mistake known to the cannabis community
